The master bedroom features a plush queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom includes another queen-sized bed along with a twin trundle - great for additional guests or kids. You'll enjoy the comfort of new, luxury bedding and linens throughout. Additional amenities include an ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and two dedicated driveway parking spaces. For your beach days, we’ve included three beach cruisers and four beach chairs for your convenience. *The person making the reservation must be 23 years old or older. *Bikes are subject to availability, first come first serve. *Golf cart available for rent. Daily and weekly rates apply. Please inquire about availability during your stay. *Additional parking (beyond the free spot) is available in a secure paid parking garage that is within a 2-minute walk of the building at Old School Parking Garage, 180 NE 1st St. The parking range costs 10-20 dollars a day. *A limited supply of complimentary shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion will be provided upon arrival. Kindly note that these items are offered as a one-time supply and will not be replenished during your stay. * All items in the house are provided for your enjoyment during your stay. We kindly ask that you leave them in the house for future guests to enjoy as well. Please note that we do take inventory and penalties will apply for any damaged or missing items. The home is just a short 3 block walk from all of the dining and shops on Atlantic Avenue. It is a 15-20 minute walk to the beaches of Delray. We also provide 4 beach cruisers to be used if available or not already in use. Freebie is another great option-get the app for free transportation-just like UBER but in a golf cart.
